Our Process
What separates a true Custom Builder from those who claim to be, is the care and attention to every part of the project from beginning to end. We work closely with our customers, architects, designers, and trades throughout the entire process. We will be right there, readily available to you, every step of the way.

Intro & Consultation
First, reach out to our Sales Team via the contact us form or give us a call to set up an introduction meeting. After this intro, we will set up a consultation with the leaders of our company where we will get to know you, understand your goals, budget, and timeline for your new home build.

Design & Plan
After coming to understand your vision, we’ll have you complete a Professional Services Agreement and retainer to cover preconstruction, estimating, and design meetings that need to happen before breaking ground. Based on customized recommendations to your unique taste and preferences, we will curate the perfect team of professionals (from architect to interior designer) that will execute your vision. We believe that home-building nightmares come from a lack of preparation. That’s why we take the time to intentionally design and specify every detail. This process makes sure that we have carefully built your home on paper before we ever break ground.

The Build
Now that we have everything specified, planned out, and designed — it’s time to break ground and start construction on your home. You’ll receive continuous communication on the progress of your project, so you’re never left wondering how things are going—dedication to craftsmanship, impeccable project oversight, and a drive for excellence set Providential apart. With an extensive history in residential wood frame construction, we believe that the foundation and frame are the home, everything else is cosmetic. You can trust that what is unseen in your home is just as important as the things that are seen. We care about the homes we build, and we care how they perform for our clients.

Move In
Before we hand over the keys to your dream home, our entire company will do a Team Walk to make sure every last detail is up to our Providential standard. When you step foot through the door, you can be sure that everything has been properly checked, and inspected, and your home is ready to be enjoyed.
