Every home we build is a unique creation specifically designed to suit the needs of our clients. We are a full service team and will be there to assist you through every phase of the process from site selection to move in - we call this “trees to keys”.
Interior Design
Our Design Team will guide you through every phase of the process, integrating beauty and functionality. Beginning with pre-construction planning, our designers collaborate closely with the architect and our clients to conceptualize their vision, offering insights that optimize spatial layout and flow. As the plans take shape, the Design Team carefully assist and guide our clients through each selection, curating a personalized palette of materials, finishes, and fixtures to bring their vision to life.
The Design Team can also provide additional support, by seamlessly integrating furniture and decor, ensuring your dream home exudes refinement in every detail.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN BY OUR TEAM TO MAKE SURE THAT THE DESIGN OF YOUR HOME IS CARED FOR JUST AS MUCH AS THE BUILD.

Land Development
At Providential, we have the capacity and expertise to create an effective and profitable real estate development plan that results in the highest and best use of the property. We have the best Architects, Civil Engineers and Land Planners available in the industry to assist us in perfecting realistic and economic Land Development Plans for every application. As with any land development plan, we will work with the Community Development Staff, Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council to obtain all necessary approvals for Platting and Developing every project.
We have developed numerous residential subdivisions and commercial offices around the area over the past several years.

"Hey Kari, I just wanted to share with you an amazing inspection I had yesterday. I inspected a house in Colleyville that Providential did and it was the best remodel I think I have ever seen. The work appears to have been done with excellence and I had no write ups on that part of the inspection, it was so good that I told Phelecia that if I ever had to hire a remodel out or have a house built, I would consider using y’all. I know your company doesn’t always hear positive reports, but wanted to share this with y’all. Please let your subs know that their work gets scrutinized by inspectors and it paid off in this instance. I told my buyer that he should consider using Providential for the other bathroom remodel."

The builder shared their approach, their philosophy on home vs. buildings and their project management methodology. They listened to our needs/wants and developed an overall plan to meet those needs. We were working with them remotely and they kept us updated regularly including pictures. They gave us plenty of notice to plan travel for reviews and combined meetings/causes as often as possible. They managed our expectations and stayed with the original schedule and budget. Whenever we requested changes, they were quick to discuss options and provide estimates.
We appreciated that we had one main project management contact to work with for all of our questions/concerns. Given this was the first time we built a home, it helped that we weren't passed off to multiple contacts. Our Design Consultant was friendly and easy to work with. "If I could give Providential more than 5 stars I would! We have been working with the PCH team on our home in The Highlands in Northlake since December 2021. After our first meeting with Greg, my husband & I knew we wanted to build with them.
We really appreciated their transparency regarding pricing from the very beginning. Their "standard" in terms of features, finishes, etc. is much higher than other builders in the area. You 100% get what you pay for! They are truly a custom builder. You get to customize every inch of your house so if you are detailed orientated like me, you will love all of the possibilities.
We worked with Isaac throughout the pre-construction process. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and detailed. He helped us tremendously, especially navigating options that were within our budget and matched our style. Since we broke ground, we have had the pleasure of working with Chad. He is an incredible project manager. He is very patient and communicative. He sends me updates constantly about our house and explains everything in detail. He truly goes above and beyond! I did not get to work with Claire and Victoria too much, but they are both incredible interior designers and have amazing style.
