How long have you been in the building business?

We have been in business successfully since 1978.

What style of homes do you build?

We will Custom Design and Build the style of your choice: Contemporary, Old World, Mediterranean, Traditional, etc... being a Custom Builder means we don’t make you conform to our style, we build what you desire.

In what areas do you build homes?

We build all over northeast Tarrant County and Southern Denton County including (but not limited to) Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, Roanoke, Colleyville, Westlake, Northlake, Justin, Argyle, North Fort Worth, Eagle Mountain Lake and beyond.

Will you build on my own lot?

Absolutely! If you already own a lot, we will be happy to meet you on site and discuss a custom project for your property.

Who designs your homes?

Our Providential Team will be very involved in the new home design, sharing our experience and technical expertise throughout the design process. We have an in-house design team to guide you in making your vision flow effortlessly and we use very qualified plan designers to actually draw the blueprints, which will then be constructed according to the engineering specifications.

How long does it take to design a home?

Depending on the customer, between 180 and 240 days. It is critically important that we build your home on paper before we start construction. This process includes the floor plans as well as all selections so when you sign the final contract your home price will reflect exactly what you chose with no surprises.

How long does it take to build a new home?

The construction times have increased due to current markets. A 3,500 square foot home takes 12 - 14 months while a 5-8,000 square foot home could take 14 - 18 months. Of course, there are factors that cannot be controlled, like the weather for example; but we will keep you informed of the progress every step of the way.

Do you do remodels?

Yes, If you are looking to do a major renovation or large addition, we can definitely help. Larger, un-occupied and more all-encompassing projects are our specialty; however our business is not set up for small Kitchen & Bath remodels.

Who oversees the construction process?

We are hands-on and very actively involved in the construction process. We oversee all aspects of construction personally.

When and how will pricing be presented?

During the plan design phase, we will ask you for your ‘wish list'. We will present you with pricing and help you make decisions on how to maximize the value of your investment based on your budget. We will also present you a very detailed set of specifications, so you know up front what is included and there are no surprises along the way.
